Many of you know that I refer my job description as a mom is to “keep my kids happy, healthy, safe, and cozy.” I share these job responsibilities with my kids each day to let them know what they can expect from me as their mom– my accountabilities. Like you, safety is huge with me. This article on recognizing a drowning child just caught me eye. My friend, Gail Keller, from GailsScoop just shared it. I was a lifeguard growing up and I don’t remember learning this. Take a minute and see why drowning impacts so many families each year.
