DO ONE THING TODAY THAT MAKES YOU FEEL HEALTHIER. Eat a healthier breakfast than usual, take a walk after lunch, drink water– instead of pop, or put your dressing on the side of your salad and use only what you need. Forget completely overhauling your diet or exercise routine, just focus on one thing and let that feeling of success drive you to the next day, and so on, and so on. You can absolutely live a healthier life. I know you can! Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Make it happen!
