Healthy is as healthy does: Live to be strong and well

Encourage fitness for the sake of wellness and strength, not to “be skinny” or to fit into a pair of jeans. Teach your kids what healthy looks like for a lifetime. Don’t get lost in society’s view of self worth= size. Never let your kids hear you say, “I look fat,” or “If I ate that, it would go right to my thighs!” ( even if you think it). Use terms like fit, healthy, strong, endurance, and wellness. If you struggle with being fit, make one improvement today to get closer to your goal. Share it with your family and work together to live a life of wellness. You can absolutely do it!
