Kid Training And Development 101: Making Lunch

When you train your kids to do for themselves, they feel a great sense of accomplishment. Start today with lunch. YES, your kids can absolutely make their own! It’s time to train them how ( just like with any new job!). Put the bread/bagels, pb & Jelly, turkey, ham, etc. in a designated spot that they can reach. Have extras like pretzels, dried fruit/ nuts handy for then to grab. Pre-cut a veggie and fruit to add. They will feel such pride and are more likely to eat what they have created- a win/win–for everyone!
