The search for finding childcare causes many moms to feel anxious & uneasy. You are human and it’s natural, even healthy to be concerned about finding a special person or group of people who will be impacting lives of your kids. Take a deep breath & remember that it does take a community to raise a family. You are blessed to be able to handpick those who will be your eyes, ears, & mouth when you are not there.

Do you give yourself grace? Do you honor all the work you do each day and forgive yourself for things that weren’t completed or done to your liking. If not, please start. The kinder you are to yourself, the kinder you will be to other moms. You will feel happier and more content. You are worth it!

Sleep And Be Happier

Sleep. We all need it, yet for years when our kids were young, we had little. We started to believe that it wasn’t really necessary. Yet, science tells us that it’s as important as the food we eat and the air we breathe. Insist on it, find the time for it, and you will feel better and be more up to the challenges of motherhood.

When you feel happy, healthy, and satisfied with what you do all day, your kids follow suit. ¬†A mother with high job satisfaction raises kids who are ¬†happier and less stressed, than a mother with low job satisfaction. You are organically connected to your children. This study had nothing to do with where you live, how many activities your children are in, or what they wear, but how YOU feel. Your happiness matters to your family’s wellness. Find it. Your family is counting on you.
