Conditions 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We are committed to the success and happiness of you and all mothers. Within 7 days of your attending a seminar or workshop, if you don’t feel that you receive sufficient strategies and practices to increase your effectiveness and fun as a mom, we will provide a full refund. No request will be denied, but we will require feedback on how to make our program more effective for future moms. Limited Enrollment. Enrollment for
each seminar and workshop is limited to ensure a quality experience for each
mom. Enrollment is based on first come-first served basis and is non-refundable. Payment is due before the program. You can pay online with credit, debit, eChecks or gift cards. You can also pay by check. Make checks payable to Inspiring Moms and send to: Inspiring Moms If payment isn’t received 96 hours prior to seminar or workshop, we reserve the right to fill your spot with someone else. Confirmation. Online registrations will receive confirmation via email. Please keep your email or online receipt for confirmation. Prompt Starting Times. Seminars and
workshops will start and end promptly at the designated times in order to
respect your valuable time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the
seminar or workshop in order to check in. In some locations, buildings are
locked for security reasons and make entry difficult once the seminar or
workshop has begun. In the event that you arrive after the start time, you may
need to call (913) 219-0194 to gain access into the building. Inclement Weather. There will be times when it is unsafe to travel to and from the seminar or workshop location. Final decision on cancellation will be made 90 minutes prior to start time. Call (913) 400-2232 for updates. Seminars and workshops will be rescheduled and you will be notified of the new date. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you may choose any alternative date available. If you cannot find a convenient alternative date, we will gladly refund your full fee. Minimum Enrollment. Inspiring Moms reserves the right to cancel seminar or workshop due to low enrollment. A full refund will be given if an alternative date is not suitable. Childcare/Baby-sitting. Childcare is NOT available. Babies under 12 months are always welcome, but we recommend you find alternative care to provide a break for you and the opportunity to focus on your needs. Scholarships. We believe ALL moms can benefit from the Inspiring Moms program. A limited number of scholarships are available. Contact info@inspiringmoms.com for details. Liability. Inspiring Moms provides strategies and practices to help moms become more effective and have more fun as a mom. The strategies, ideas and practices developed by Inspiring Moms are based on a combination of scientific research and practical experience. All information is provided to you on an “as is” basis and Inspiring Moms makes no representations or warranties that any of it’s strategies, ideas or practices have universal application to every individual. If you are unsatisfied with any seminar or workshop, then you may request a full refund of your seminar or workshop fee, under the terms and conditions of Inspiring Moms’ satisfaction guarantee set forth above. This is your sole and exclusive remedy against Inspiring Moms and you release Inspiring Moms from all other liability arising out of your use of any of Inspiring Moms’ strategies, ideas or practices. For Success & Happiness 101 seminar Personal Assessment. A Personal Assessment with a Basic Report is included in the price of this Seminar. You will need to complete the online survey by 72 hours prior to the seminar. Upon registration you will receive a link to the Personal Assessment survey. Your individualized Summary report will be provided at the seminar. You have the option of upgrading to a Complete Report for an additional $15 within fourteen days from the date of your seminar.
