Reflect. How do you feel? Where do you wish you had more control, more help, and more fun in your life as a mom?  Motherhood is one of, if not the most important thing you will ever do. How are you managing the demands of this job? Are you happy and Do you feel fulfilled?

I know your life is busy, Who has the time?…you do!  Your life will only get busier and time, more scarce. I created the  balance MAP (a personalized action plan) to help you reflect on your life and follow a plan to achieve your goals; for yourself and your family. All you need is 15 minutes and the desire to want more.
