EVEN IN LEAN YEARS, WE ARE EACH BLESSED WITH SUCH ABUNDANCE; abundance in friends, food, clothing, and yes, toys. Make today a day of giving thanks. Set some time aside for you and your kids to recognize those people who honored you with gifts. Keep it simple. Put out some paper and markers. Write out the words. “Thank you,” as a template. Let little ones draw a picture and dictate to you or an older sibling. Giving thanks is healthy and sends a powerful message to your family. “Thank you,” always feel good.
