Unplug And Be Present

Life is meant to be lived  in the moment. Unplug. Don’t be constantly accessible to everyone. The immediacy has us all tied to our communication device instead of what is important to us at the time. One study found that some people in the work place check their email 30-40 times an hour. Could you imagine waling to your mailbox 30 times a day to check for mail? Create focused times when you turn off your email and fb, ignore new voicemail messages, and refrain from sending texts. Be focused and happier. Everyone else can wait!
