Use Your Weekends To Reconnect

As wonderful as family dinners together can be, there is also  enormous pressure and guilt associated with making them happen. Given many family’s schedules and work demands, it can be difficult, if not impossible to get it done. Give yourself grace. Focus on the quality of connection you create when you ARE together, and not on the quantity. Family dinners do provide wonderful healthy benefits, so look to the weekends to allow you  time to achieve your goal of sitting down together.
