“What’s For Dinner Tonight, Mom?”

Give yourself grace! You are not alone wondering, “What am I going to make for dinner, tonight?.” By  four o’clock every day 75% of the moms don’t know what their families are eating for dinner. To make it less of a chore, try to assign a theme for each night of the week: Monday is always Italian, Tuesday is Mexican, Wednesday is Asian, Thursday is American, and Friday is take-out. When you do this, you’ve narrowed down the theme and all you have to do is pick the dish. This makes it easier for you, which makes it  less stressful–for everyone. Enjoy!
